Vue depuis l’estacade

This building of 201 units situated on Nun’s Island was built in 1982.

Inspired by the flowing and audacious style of the French Riviera in the seventies and eighties, it’s pyramidal shape reveals a subtle inverted juxtaposition of two sail like structures which won it the 1982 Prix Habitas.

Bordered to the south by the majestic Saint Lawrence river and to the north by Berlioz street, the building is situated near major highways and the new Champlain bridge. It stands within walking distance of a municipal bus stop and near two primary schools, two major supermarkets and medical and dental clinics. Also nearby you will find many parks, biking and walking trails.

You will see that the common areas and apartments are particularly spacious with much available storage space.

There is an indoor and outdoor restauration program with new elevators and the installation of a new water tank. The front hall and the corridors are newly decorated. The pool has been newly refurbished, there is a new roof and the brick walls are being repaired. There is a longterm commitment by the owners Syndicate to keep the building up to date and insure an undeniable quality of life to the residents of Jardins de l’Archipel.

The building is managed by a reputable company under the supervision of the board of directors.
